Acrisure Re Corporate Advisory & Solutions Expands Capabilities with Senior Hires
Acrisure Re, the re/insurance division of global fintech leader Acrisure, today announces several appointments to its Corporate Advisory & Solutions (ARCAS) division. All appointments will report to Ben Canagaretna, Global Managing Director of ARCAS.

Lauren Johnson – Head of Funds at Lloyd’s (FAL)
Lauren Johnson recently rejoined the London ARCAS team as the Head of Funds at Lloyd’s (FAL). In her new role, Johnson will lead the division’s expanding Lloyd’s FAL capability – a key growth area for the company - after completing an 18-month tenure at Wakam. Johnson first joined ARCAS in 2021 as a Vice President after spending six years at Securis Investment Partners as Head of Lloyd’s and specialty analytics.
Assad Negyal – Head of Pricing
Based in London, Negyal has extensive experience as a pricing actuary and joined ARCAS in January from Starr Insurance where he was a senior pricing actuary. He also held similar roles at Chubb Europe, Zurich Financial Services, Barbican, Odyssey Re and Lloyd’s.
David Ryan – Head of Exposure Management
Ryan joined ARCAS in London in late 2024 to lead the exposure management team. He brings more than 15 years of experience in this sector, previously holding similar roles at Talbot, Lloyd’s and Willis Re.
Lucas He – VP, Retrospective Solutions
He joined ARCAS in London as a VP in February to support the retrospective solutions offering. He has several years of legacy and M&A experience, having previously worked at R&Q as a VP in the M&A division. Prior to this, He was a legacy M&A and actuarial specialist at Catalina. He also held corporate development and M&A roles at Antares Reinsurance and JLT, respectively.
