Acrisure Re US, Ltd. (“Acrisure Re”), the re/insurance division of global fintech leader Acrisure, is pleased to announce that Tom Deane has been promoted to Managing Director, Head of Acrisure Re Corporate Advisory & Solutions, LLC ("ARCAS US"). Deane will lead and serve as the supervisory principal of ARCAS US, continuing to report to Ben Canagaretna, Global Managing Director, Acrisure Re Corporate Advisory & Solutions, Ltd ("ARCAS").
In his new role, Deane will collaborate closely with the global team to further strengthen ARCAS’s four core pillars—strategic advisory, insurance-linked strategies, retrospective transactions, and corporate finance. Additionally, he will work in partnership with colleagues across ARCAS, ARCAS US, Acrisure Re, and Acrisure, LLC to support key mandates and advance strategic initiatives that align with the firm’s long-term vision.
Deane joined Acrisure Re in August 2023 as Head of Banking and brings nearly 20 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry, primarily in capital markets and advisory. Prior to joining Acrisure Re, he was a partner at Stonybrook Capital, focusing on investment banking opportunities in the lower-middle-market insurance sector. He previously held roles at JLT and Benfield Advisory (later acquired by Aon), specialising in capital raises and M&A transactions.

Additionally, Devin Inskeep has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Head of Ratings & Strategic Advisory. In his expanded role, he will oversee client services and is focused on developing ratings strategies aligned with clients' financial and capital objectives. He will also consult on strategic initiatives, helping clients implement best practices to drive long-term success.
Inskeep joined Acrisure Re in October 2022. Prior to joining Acrisure Re, Inskeep was Director, Capital Advisory at Aon. He has previously held roles at Accenture, AM Best, Standard & Poor’s and Willis Re.
